A row of vegan Lasagnas

I’ve been ordering vegan lasagna for 4 days in a row now form a local catering service in Toronto called Franco Freshy- http://www.francofreshy.com/ They have home delivery, and serve a whopping 4-Cheese Vegetable Lasagna with Garden or Caesar salad and garlic bread.

I'm trying to dig out their recipe now. will post as soon as I do.

The menu says its a 4 cheese lasagna... so definitely not Vegan. Unfortunate!
