Copper River King Salmon from Pikes place market (delivered to OH- the splurge was worth it!), lightly smoked over Maple chips. Served over asparagus with black truffle trimmings and ground hazelnuts with carrots, dill mayo, lemon puree, asparagus Coulis and vanilla dust.
