Can anyone help me with a breadless lamb crust?

Hello, i am about to enter a competition. The main course must contain lamb and i wanted to make a rosemary crusted lamb, but i don't have access to breadcrumbs. What can i substitute for breadcrumbs. Would Pine nuts work to get a nice crust? Has anyone tried it?

I agree with @Daniel_35357 on the nuts, peanuts, cashews, smoked almonds.You could use finely grated Parm or Asiago cheeses to help the Rosemary stick to the lamb, I do it all the time

yeah, pine nuts or any other nut should work. you could make like a rosemary pesto and coat it with that. maybe a mix of rosemary, thyme and parsley.
