So I Just got Anne-Sophie's new book "The Complete Cookery Course" and so far I'm pretty excited to try out some of her recipes. Her other book "Le Livre Blanc" is one of my favorite books, but is a bit difficult to execute most of the recipes at home. Her new book however, is really geared to the home cook and through a quick read,I could really see myself being able to prepare all of it. Has anyone tried some of the recipes? Bellow i'll add some recipes that really caught my eye.
I think the Blanquette of Veal Revisited would be the first one to be put to the test.
