sous vidi pork belly

So , purchased my polyscience chef sous vidi and have been cooking everything I can get my hands on with fantastic success.

My question how do I plat my fantastic pork belly which I've pan seared slices to show off the pork without overpowering it , . Salad , Chloe slaw ? Any suggestions.

Many ways, in a,soup (eg Thai), salad, used in a wrap or sandwich (somewhat hidden but deliciois) or replace the chop in the cs recipe pork chop and romesco.

I mainly use mine as a ramen topping. Also lentil salad works great.

I like the idea of the lentil,salad. Main thing is to show off the lusciousness of the pork and complement it I'll try this.
