Walnut and roasted beet juice crumble with fresh micro lettuce, roasted beets and roasted beet cups with herb smoked goat cheese mousse......spritzed with EVOO and balsamic. Served with crab and truffled quinoa macaroni and seared crab legs. For desert (by request), a favorite. Inspired by Heston an exploding chocolate passion fruit gateau (Why else does anyone need a paint gun) with home made butter cookies and popping candy in the base and chocolate shocked writing. :-)
