I did a light Hawaiian coffee chocolate marinade with this farm fresh chicken. Pre brined, grilled to about a nice medium rare. Accompanied by grilled apple, red bell pepper, button mushrooms and onion. Garnished before serving with a little smoked applewood sea salt from World spice located in downtown Seattle. Yay! Grilling is awesome
