New kitchen level up for me!

I made homemade sausages from scratch for the first time last night, and it tastes awesome. I love the fact that I can control what I put on my plate. All grass-fed meat, homemade spice mix, natural casings. No sugar crap and other preservatives. And it's not more expensive than store-bought stuff. Yay to me

These are Merguez, a North-African spicy beef/lamb sausage that is very popular during BBQ season in France.
