Appears to be 10-15g. Chris had mentioned some time ago if we don't have it (or don't want to use it) just reduce further to desired consistency.

FWIW, I've done it with maple syrup, birch, and honey. Wasn't crazy about the honey, but really liked the maple (grade B dark) and birch. Infuse with some coffee beans (which is ironic as I hate the taste of drinking coffee).
