I just got a Hop Mix Pro here in Italy where I have been living for the past two years as a missionary. I'm moving back home to the USA and will be using it in our home. Does anyone have any good tips or recipes. This is a Professional Chef quality and Restaurant/Bakery machine not a home cook necessarily though I am one. It's very pricy but so well worth it for what it does!

Not to rain on your parade but, you're going to have to find an adapter and most likely some kind of transformer if it is 220v 50h. That may not be easy. Some people on the forum will know more about this than me.
