I know it's difficult at first, but buy a cheap scale from the supermarket.

There was a conscious decision to not use volume measurements here. Scales make cooking easier, faster, less messy and your results will be way more predictable. Plus, a decent digital scale costs around 12-25 dollars and can replace every cup, spoon and any other volume measuring device in your house. Well, except if you want to use some of the ingredients that require higher precision gram weights--then that will set you out another 10 dollars.
These videos explain why they decided to use weight.

If you absolutely, positively don't want to make your life easier you can do the conversions at a site like this one:

I guess this question is being asked enough that I'm going to start cutting and pasting this.

Tricia, now that you have been beat up by all of us just buy a scale, HOWEVER, when you get it have a little fun. Im sure, like all of us, you have measuring cups, spoons, of all kinds. Take your canister of flower and sugar and measure out a cup in all your different measuring devices and weigh them. Put whatever the measuring utensil on the scale, hit "tare" and fill it up to 1 cup (or whatever) . you will be amazed at the difference which means if you use measuring devices you recipes will NEVER come out the same
When you are all done I promise you will be asking the other "sites" may I please have it by weight.
