What is toasted flour sauce?

we have a soup in switzerland wich is called the "basler mehlsuppe". its a traditional soup made with toasted flour. I made brown butter and out of that a roux with the toasted flour. With cream and that roux i made a sauce... @anthony

i grilled lemons until black on the outside, juice them and set the liquid with agar to a gel... great sour-smoky flavor

btw. i think its hilarious how some ppl comment the food on Facebook! i know there isn't a lot on them plates, and i don't eat one portion of these as dinner, but seriously what gives you the motivation to comment every plate like this with: where is the bacon?, is this all?, this is garnish for a rare steak, etc. ???! get a life
