Just a quick dinner, I should’ve taken the time to plonk the veg with a bot more care but my lady was getting antsy with hunger. That’s a damn good risotto recipe - highly recommended.

Yes sir. The cream and the broth are amazing, I want to find more uses for them.

Also - I was amazed how tasteless the deposits were at the bottom, I should've trusted Massimo when he said 'discard'; instead of ' taste and become disgusted at the rubber in your mouth'.

Did you do it with the parmesan broth and cream? That cream layer that forms on top is f'ng awesome.
