Andouille sausage, onion, garlic, Colby Jack, frittata. Sauce is cream, cream cheese and Gochujang. I actually cooked the Gochujang a little in the pan before adding the rest of the ingredients. I have found, for me, this really deepens and enriches the flavor, however,you do lose a little heat. I used my little steam oven as an experiment. Came out nice.
