WHY can't you also offer the recipes in a printed form??? Watching the videos is useful and entertaining, but I can't take that to the kitchen with me!!

Most of the recipes have a print button.
I noticed the class you took, for some reason, doesn't. If ChefSteps doesn't change it, your web browser has a print function.
Using Chrome on my Windows machine I can use the menu, or "right click", or hit Ctrl-p and get the print option.
As far as I know, every web browser offers this function somewhere. On most you can select only the section you want to print but since I don't know what you are using you'll have to Google it.

See Jeff's response, but really, worse case scenario......open hte app or copy, paste and print? Takes some mosdifications for the latter, but easy. JMHO

You can also (on a mac) open the print window and and select to save it as a pdf, or open it as a pdf in Preview. If necessary, you can then copy and paste it into a word processing program if the pdf formatting is massed up. (It isn't as complicated as it sounds!)

Use the app
PAPRIKA
, import the recipes and then use your phone / iPad / Laptop in the kitchen with you. I no longer use printed recipes, Paprika on a tablet is far superior.

, is this working for you? I can't get it to import into Paprika Android.

It worked briefly - but then the ChefSteps dev team changed the format again, and now I must manually enter recipes into my Paprika database when needed. I gave up trying to get the automation to work, it was my perception that neither company seemed interested in working with one another. Instead I manually copy & paste sections into Paprika, and edit accordingly.

I totally get the struggle of keeping track of all the amazing recipes we come across, especially when planning a big meal or trying something new. It's almost like every time I find a new dish to try, I'm scrambling to make sure I don't lose the page, or worse, forget about it completely amidst my chaotic bookmarks. Just last week, I was planning this elaborate dinner, trying to impress some friends who fancy themselves as food critics. Then I stumbled upon

this nifty trick of adding PDFs to Apple Wallet – yes, the same place where our boarding passes and loyalty cards live. It was a game-changer for me! It's not just for travel documents; we can use it for recipes too. This way, my precious finds are just a swipe away, secure and neatly organized.
