Chicken Liver Paté

I did the CS Chicken Liver Paté recipe last night and was pleased with the results. I found some real old baby food jars during a treasure hunt- they worked surprisingly well. Truffle salt definitely gave the paté a nice boost. I recommend you give this one a shot.

Looks wonderful, Bobby. That Truffle & Salt by Casina Rossa from Ritrovo Foods is one of my absolute must-haves. I love it on eggs, steak, pasta, corn...so good!
