Carmelized banana liquid left overs?
tshewman
Made 10 minute banana bread. A bit dense, but quite good. May try milk next time. Wanted to use as much of leftover ingredients as possible. So, still have some to play with but decent start.

Are you using the siphon for this? If so, try using milk powder and milk or yogurt.
tshewman
yes was using siphon.Goal was to use left over banana juice and butter from caramelized banana. The milk powder is a great idea and in retrospect a small amount of baking soda might also help things along. Thanks!

baking soda sometimes gives a weird taste. Milkpowder reduce the sugar-taste. I have an recipe I could share with you.

Feel free to share. I've used both milk powder and baking soda with decent results previously. My goal for this was to use the leftover liquid and butter from the caramelized bananas and not add much of anything else (within reason). That's why I started with so few ingredients. I'm always open to suggestions and corrections. Thanks!
