The tomatoes were injected with balsamic and the cheese was injected with the olive oil. Next time i will add the basil oil instead of just basil.

Interesting. Did you pull any thing out of the tomato before putting in the vinegar? I like this idea. I'm going to try it out with some cherry tomatoes I just got off my vine.

No I did not. I went in thru the stem at an angle to get in a pocket , the injected carefully so it didn't explode, you can feel it. If you let them sit a few hours it disperses throughout
