I decided to take the bag juices I had left over from my last
Smokerless Smoked Brisket, added some dashi, kombu and some soy, then threw in my favorite mix of ramen veggies (corn, broccoli florets, carrot, sun dried tomatoes, peas, green onion, garlic, shallots, serrano and ginger). Topped it with a slice of the brisket and a nice egg. Good stuff.
