Frog legs

Recently I have bought 2kg of frog legs (frozen). I have some Spanish recipes but I'd like to know a different way to cook them. Thanks!

Frog legs are pretty fantastic when buttermilk fried. 1) Soak the thawed legs in buttermilk for an hour 2) Dredge legs in your favorite dredging material (I do flour + garlic powder + paprika + pepper) 3) Fry in vegetable oil 4) Drain on a paper towel 5) Squeeze lemon and sprinkle with parsley - serve. Easy peasy.

Go french! With garlic and parsley. This my version. Breaded with a parsley coulis and a garlic cream. Delicious!
