Cod w/ Mallmanns tatties, cavolo nero, chorizo

Cod oven baked with sauteed cavolo nero, charlotte potatoes part boiled and cooked on a griddle, garlic confit, and chorizo which I rendered in a skillet to make it crispy and give me it's precious red oil. Yum.

I did one a few months ago, but I can´t find the recipe I made, but it was something like this: red chili peppers, garlic, vegetable oil (I found penaut oil works better), tomato sauce, vinegar rice obviously, sugar, salt pepper oh and fish sauce. Do the regular stuff, clean the pepper (removing stems etc). In a pan goes garlic oil and when the garlic goes a little bit brown then you add the tomato sauce, peppers, when it comes to simmering point add the rest of the stuff. Next the regular stuff again, blend, and cool. I recommend let in ferment for at least 2 or 3 weeks. Sorry for my bad english, if you need anything else talk to me
