Just playing around here...Madeira infused fried apple slice, sauteed shiitakes, 63c guinea hen egg, nasturtium, smoked salt, and mustard with balsamic and fish sauce.
ChefSteps beet risotto. Hadn't made this before, but this is really good stuff. Will definitely be making it again.
