whipping siphon class so felt I needed to get my mind wrapped around making food look "sexier". These ingredients and the bowl they're in looked pretty- but they tasted a
whole lot better...

This ugly version taste great! After the pic, I made a mushroom stock with some dashi konbu- it was fantastic!
