Oh, and chefsteps: try the bread, its really good.. Make it AS small twisted baguettes and eat with chilimayo, hoisin, shredded chicken and salad with sesamoil and ricewinagar!!

Looks pretty good! But why seal your container and force the yeast into anaerobic respiration?

Thank you.. Good point. I usually USE a showercap, but i Was all out.. When ising a towel the dough gets to dry.. Any other ideas?
