Thanks Jack, me either a bite of each to see is enough for me. The chocolate creme brulee was very rich similar to that of cs chocolate cake. The chocolate helps it set up quickly as well. This was after only 30 minutes in the ice bath (which I tend to babysit and keep topped up with ice).
