Chicken Breast, Sous-Vide 60c 1 hr, just cooked in the vacuum sealed packaging it came in. Pan fried in olive oil, seasoned with salt. With ChefSteaps grean pea mash (although not very mashed...) and baby greens + strawberry & honey roasted cashew /w fresh mango slice, and chilli lime mango salad dressing.
