I bought the smoked salt to do the
brisket recipe
and found that it taste flipping delicious. Now I am putting it on everything from scrambled eggs to these nice pieces of tuna and udon noodles. I even put it in the pequin peppers I am pickling.

Keep an eye out for smoked brown sugar ... Amazing! And also smoked olive oil from the same company, sorry I don't have the name at hand; if you're interested, let me know and I'll find it.

Yeah, if you find it send it over. I love new ingredients. I have been wanting to make a smoked coconut and vanilla ice cream and smoked sugar might lift it some more.
