I had bag juices left over from building the McRib. I enhanced the juices with a bit of brown sugar, vinegar and some interesting hot pepper I found at the farmers' market (I don't remember the name). The white stuff in the pic is hominy mixed with
CS Cheddar Cheese Sauce. I thought it was pretty good so I plated it up, surrounded it with the amped up bag juice and topped it with roasted mystery pepper, some black forrest bacon and the wonderful smoked salt I am now addicted to.
