Was pre-marinated from supermarket, cooked in packaging, worked fine. Texture was reminciest of tradditional roast beef i've had but much juicier.
Finished off for 10 mins in 250c oven
Served with some potatos that were boiled then deep fried until crispy + onion rings. Gravy just the beef juices + beef stock + worcestershire sauce
