Mmmm. Ossobuco. This is one of my all time favorites dishes. Did you do a traditional recipe or did you play around with it some? Looks delicious!

Traditionally Style . But it s a mix of vaccinara and ossobuco beef which gives more depth to the taste. The Foam stands for the classic tapinade which is made By parsley, olive oil vergine, salt and lemon zest, just made a lecitin base, thought it wouldn t change the classicness of that dish.
