Hi All,
Keen to reproduce this recipe
Smoker less smoked brisket
As I don't have a sous vide, is there another method using an oven / gas grill etc etc I can use instead?

You could do it with a carefully controlled pot of water (cover to reduce evaporation) or slightly increase the temp and cook for shorter period.

This is a video they did with the gentlemen from AmazingRibs.com a little while back. I think you might find what you're looking for here. You Will need to make some adjustments, as their recipe inn the videoI is for ribs, but check it out, i think it will be helpful

I don't have a circulator either but I pulled it off pretty nicely using a pot on a stove, a thermometer and a lot of patience for 24h. Try it!
