Hey guys
2 Months ago I made some nice SV lobster stock and some lobster butter. Yesterday I found the stock in the freezer and I decided to make some lobster ravioli. So I went to the grocery store directly after work, but they only had crab meat but at least some fresh tuna. So that was my dinner:
Entrée:
Tuna-Tataki, so simple but so delicious!!
Main Dish:
Homemade crab-meat ravioli with reduced lobster stock. I've added some Sherry and some lobster butter in the end to thicken the sauce. Sadly there was no lobster meat in the ravioli but it was very tasty:) Next time I will add some estragon for decoration, but for a casual wednesday, dinner was great!
