Recipe barley: 150 gramm of barley, 400 gramms of light salted chicken stock, cook exact 35 Minutes 100% steam, 100 degrees Celsius in a Open 1/3 gastro tray without holes ;-). Stew : cook under Pressure for 30 Min by max psi possible to get tenderness, After that Open and cook for min. 3 hours on medium heat. Finish with creme fraiche and Use Xantan powder for creamy texture. Add colour as u wish
