Brisket horseradish/celeryroot and sprouts

Combined Smokeless and oven smoked brisket with a smoked red wine sauce, vanilla caramelized salsify, herb roasted potatoes, brussel sprouts, horseradish celery root puree and a touch of horseradish cream.
