Creme Brulee

Hi, I want to make some creme brulee but I don't have the money to get a sous vide setup. What would you guys recommend I do to achieve similar results? Thank you.

You could do it in the oven or stove top (either way with a thermometer). For stove top, I would also recommend a small round cake rack placed in the bottom of the pot to take the jars away from direct heat.

If you don't have a small rack that fits your pot, I just loosely wad a few balls of foil in the bottom of the pot and set a plate on top of them to create a false bottom and keep product off the direct heat.
