So...I had put this on the counter and went back to my office to rethink the plating and come up with a new idea (this was refrigerator stuff). My wife comes in and says "That is amazing" I said really you liked it? I am going to replate it I wasn't really happy with it. She turned white as a sheet and I asked what was wrong, she said "I ate it, I thought is was a snack you surprised me with" What do you say.....
