I just saw USDA Prime grade deckle cuts at the Costco near me (north Dallas/west Plano, TX) Kind of pricey ($18/lb.), but it sure looked good! Might be fun for a special dinner or a splurge. If you any of y'all have a Costco reasonably close hit might be worth checking it out!
