Great stuff...Major issue in my current deep fryer could only do 3-4 at a time without losing too much oil temp, need to get a better setup there...As a consequnece the last batch of donuts to fry had risen a bit more..
Was my first time making yeast based donuts and very happy with the result.
I just changed the chocolate glaze recipe, as I wanted something more "dark chocolate" tasting and less sweet, I expeimentally used, which seemed to achieve my goals, but maybe doesn't set as well
- 300g milk (approx-added until got consistency I wanted)
- 200g powdered sugar
- 200g cocoa powder
