Having made the chicken and warm mustard potato salad dish 2 days ago and really liking the chicken (couldn't believe that was the first time doing chicken sous vide-- have done turkey several times, but never chicken), the fiancee asked for another chicken dish. This was one of the best chicken dishes I've ever eaten. The vegetables cooked sous vide in stock (I used the brown chicken pressure cooked stock from this site) and the sauce were really great all together. I skipped the cream and added some sherry vinegar to the sauce.
