very good recipe, used cheddar first time and was perfect on burgers & toasted cheese sandwhiches. want to experiment with Feta next...Was wondering if the ratios used for Chèvre cheese might be similar?

Well I made it twice and Failed ... When i put it in the Blender it turned into a Giant Cheese ball and over heated my blender . the next time it was better. still set very quickly in the blender ... I am think'n that my measurement are off some how . I used Medium Cheddar . it was very rubbery ... HELP!!!

My scale didn't have 1/100th gram accuracy only 0.1g accuracy so I doubled recipe to bring ingredients to 0.1g increments, for cheddar I used Ashgrove Tasmanian Extra Tasty. I didn't have a full blender so just used immersion blender. The prepared cheese by far tastes best when melted fully
