In the last batch of Yogurt I've added some fruite purree to the yogurt and it worked out not so bad for the first attempt.
- If have heated up some frozen raspberries and added some sugar because they where quite sour.
- I've purred them and added some Xantham to get a consistency somewhere between thick but runny and jelly.
- I've put the jelly into my weck glasses / jars and kept them cold overnight.
- Follow the recipe for yogurt https://www.chefsteps.com/activities/easy-delicious-sous-vide-yogurt and added carefully the liquids into my jars. (This time I've forgotten to remove the bubbles by using a blow torch - but it's only for me and so it is kind of okay.)
