Combined sweet adzuki beans, a little cream, and a touch of milk to form a smooth puree. Then put it into a nitrogen charged whipping siphon to achieve a smooth, airy texture. I was inspired by the Korean dish of a red bean paste porridge, a sweet dessert dish commonly eaten during the winters.
