Nasturtium?

I've seen tons of dishes using it, leaves and/or flowers but the internet is confusing at defining it. Is it a member of the nasturtium watercress family? Or is it indian cress/monk's cress that gives beautiful orange and yellow tinted edible flowers?

I have indian cress growing in my backyard but I'm not sure it's the same thing Chefsteps refers to as Nasturtium.

Anyone know if it is, and if are the leaves edible anyway, since the flowers are?

Leaves and flowers are edible. That looks like nasturtium to me, but I don't know about differences between varietals.

I agree with Brian. That certainly looks like common nasturtium (turopaeolum majus), AKA Indian cress or monks cress. There are many different cultivars with different colored flowers.

It is defintely a Nasturtium (Tropaeolum majus), I seed it avery year, along with other edibleplants/flowers:

I know that both flowers and leaves are edible. In fact, in many recipes you can see them together in salads and other dishes. I hope it helps,
