57C NY Strip, Mashed Potatoes, Roasted White and Purple Baby Carrots with Vegetable Demi and Radish & Clover Microgreens.
Pretty basic flavors, but still delicious! Can't really see the mashed potatoes under the microgreens, but whatever. I glazed the carrots with the CS vegetable demi and threw some edible flowers on there. I just started to learn how to plate and I know it is a bit overloaded. Any advice or suggestion on how to improve?
