The roulade didn't fully bond at one end, and I think that's because I didn't torque it down properly. (I need to find a tutorial on torquing a roll like that, I'm just not that good at it) And the souffle went 0-to-60 in no time. The flavor was still yummy, it just had the texture of un-set cake. Which is not that good, in case you were curious.
