as a follow up to
@John Fisher post last week and using the American Eagle product a time comparison....using an electric (Cusinart) pressure cooker :
42 minutes on the left........50 minutes on the right
The flavor profile was as different as the color with the lighter one more of a "caramel candy" flavor and the darker one more intense and "nuttier". Both were left under pressure until they cooled down naturally...only 8 minutes difference
