I´m not native english but I have a doubf. In a few reciepe appear the folowing:

Smoked salt, divided.

I don´t understand what is divided ? I know the word but Idon´t understand in the receipe..

this usually is the TOTAL amount of salt (10grams). The recipe will probably say add 5 grams to the sauce and use 5 grams to finish after cooking. So divided warns you it does not go in all at once.

If I understand the question appropriately, Hammered got it. The first list of ingredients has total quantities. Further down in the recipe you see how those are "divided" into stages.
