Thanks! I just put it in the lowest temp in my oven for like 2 hours and then fried! can't wait to see yours

thanks! eye of round. it was beefy but a little too chewy. next time i'll probably chop it finer! should have tasted a bit after i chopped but lesson learned hahahaha

Currently scheming a DIY dehydrator box for this sorts stuff! I'll hopefully have it done by the end of the month..

Oooo that could be cool! I've been wanting to create a fermentation box so i may be on a similar project soon!
