Just tried these out late night with the flour I had, and no stand mixer! Turned out superb even still! I was afraid aeration and creaming the butter and sugar would make for the huge difference but it went alright with a whisk and some elbow grease!
Now please, excuse me while I grab a cold glass o'milk and dip these babies in!
