We hosted Thanksgiving this year for my wife's family and to say that we raised the bar would be an understatement.
Made the turkey crown and roulade as per the CS recipe. All came out picture perfect and incredibly moist & delicious. Most could not wrap their heads around the roulade. "You took transform the legs into this? ... delicious"... Made me smile all afternoon to see everyone enjoying a great turkey. Also, made the Corn Bread and gravy per CS recipe and again, both a huge success with my in-laws, kids, etc.
Finished things up with the CS Pecan Pie recipe that blew people's socks off.
The leftovers were also put to good use by making a Turkey Pot Pie one day and Turkey Shepard's Pie another day.
